Do You Box-in or Label Your Customers?

People tend to put other people in boxes, or label them. This video, flighted during a compelling presentation by Sarina de Beer of Ask Afrika at Customer Experience World, makes us wonder that maybe we all have more in common than what we think. That we should not box-in or label our customers based on their demographics, generational background, income – or the way they look.
